You share the machine you need, or the listing you are interested in, along with capacity, key dimensions, budget, quantity and destination.

Machine search
We check our inventory and search our sourcing contacts for machines that match your requirement.

Machine selection
We present suitable options. Together we narrow them down to the machine or machines that best fit your production needs and budget.

Technical review
We gather and share the technical information available for the selected machine, such as nameplate data, specifications, photos and videos, and answer your questions.
- 05
Inspection
Where required and where the machine’s location allows, an inspection, a running test or a video can be arranged before purchase.
- 06
Customer approval
You confirm the machine and the commercial terms. Nothing proceeds until you approve.
- 07
Logistics
Dismantling, packing, export documentation and freight can be coordinated, as agreed for the specific order.
- 08
Delivery
The machine is shipped to the agreed destination or port. We keep you informed of the shipment status.

Inspection, dismantling, packing, logistics and any after-sales arrangements depend on the machine, its location and the terms of each transaction. What is included is confirmed in writing for your order. We do not offer a warranty unless one is agreed for the specific machine.
